The terms of the planet

Who can use Planet-X

Anyone can look around. Becoming a citizen, which is needed to post, wave, advertise or join a squad, is for people aged 18 and over.

What you put here

What you post stays yours. You let Planet-X show it on the planet, in the places you chose, for as long as it is up. You are responsible for it, and it must follow the rules. We may remove what breaks them, and we tell you why.

Paying: banners and Plus

Plus is not on sale yet. What these terms say about Plus takes effect only when it goes on sale, and this page will say so first.

• Prices are shown on the button that charges, and include the tax shown at checkout.
• Payment is taken by our payment provider, which sends the receipts by email. Planet-X never sees your card.
• Plus buys room for a squad and keepsakes for you. It never buys safety tools, better scores, more votes, karma, rank or reach.

Cancelling and refunds

• You can stop a subscription at any time. It keeps working until the end of what you have paid for, then ends.
• A new Plus subscription can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of its first payment.
• After that there are no partial refunds.
• If a payment fails, Plus stays on for 7 days while you fix it, then ends. When Squad Plus ends, nobody is removed from the squad.

Closing your account

You can delete your account from Settings, Your data. Any payment stops at once and nothing more is charged. Everything you made leaves Planet-X after 14 days.
