If a story, a citizen, a memory or a banner is about you, shows an intimate image of you, or breaks the rules, use the grievance form. You get a ticket number at once, by email too. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and aim to settle it within 36 hours if it is unlawful content, and within 7 days otherwise. A story or a citizen can also be reported where it stands; a report that it is about you, or an intimate image, hides it for everyone until a person has looked.
